Right now, my attention is mostly on a few simple things:
Closing one long chapter, beginning another
Writing about prayer, attention, and management
Hosting small conversations around work, recovery, and meaning
Supporting people rebuilding careers or businesses after disruption
Nothing here is rushed. I’m learning in public, but at a human speed.

I often find myself alongside people who are:
Between chapters, trying to discern what’s next without turning life into a hustle
Leading small organizations that carry more meaning than margin
Rebuilding work identity and confidence
Managing people and systems where “best practices” fall short
I’m not interested in fixing people or optimizing them. I care about clarity, steadiness, and work that doesn’t hollow out the soul.
